🌊 How to Use Herbs in the Bath (Important)
Never place loose herbs directly into your tub.
Instead:
1️⃣ Place herbs in a cloth bag, tea filter, or tied cheesecloth
2️⃣ Let steep in hot bath water
3️⃣ Squeeze gently before entering
Alternative:
Steep herbs like tea, strain, and pour the infusion into your bath.
⚠️ Safety Notes
• Always research herbs before use
• Not all herbs are safe during pregnancy
• Some may irritate sensitive skin
• Avoid ingesting bath herbs
• Keep away from pets
Keep your ritual informed and simple.
🌿 A Note From Our Space
All herbs in our collection are Reiki-charged, cleansed, and prepared with care. They are intended to support intentional use — not replace medical guidance.
You don’t need elaborate ceremony.
Just intention.
Sometimes five quiet minutes in warm water is enough.
