🧿 Protection Isn’t About Fear
Protection gets misunderstood.
It isn’t paranoia.
It isn’t expecting something bad to happen.
It isn’t walking around braced for impact.
Protection is clarity.
It’s knowing what’s yours and what isn’t.
It’s understanding that not every opinion needs access to you.
It’s choosing not to absorb what doesn’t belong in your body.
Boundaries are protective.
Discernment is protective.
Self-respect is protective.
Even something like black tourmaline isn’t about “blocking evil.”
It’s a reminder.
A reminder that you’re allowed to filter what you let in.
Protection isn’t fear-based.
It’s sovereignty.
